California. Conservative commentator Steve Hilton will announce that he’s
joining the 2026 race for California governor, running as a Republican to
replace Democrat Gavin Newsom, who is prevented by law from seeking a
third term.

Steve Hilton, who hosted a show on Fox News for six years, made the
official announcement today that he’s running against Katie to be

We can’t just ignore Steve’s candidacy. On his Fox News show, he stoked
conspiracy theories after the 2020 election about election fraud.

A recent poll found that nearly half of Californians are open to a
