Allen's Hummingbird.
[2x Match Active] ([link removed])
As we mark Earth Day, we’re taking time to reflect on how far we’ve come and how far we still have to go to protect birds and the places they need from the impacts of climate change. With the climate crisis growing more dire day after day, our latest science shows one-third of U.S. bird species need conservation action—with 112 species at a “Tipping Point.” Even beloved birds like the Allen's Hummingbird have lost 50% or more of their populations in the past 50 years, with steep declining trends suggesting more loss if we don’t act now. We must flock together for their protection before it's too late.
So this Earth Day, please join us with a monthly gift while your first gift will be matched, up to $30,000, for birds and their habitats. Hurry—this special offer ends at midnight tonight! ([link removed])

Because birds have been telling us for quite some time that we must take climate action—and because we listened—we’re already protecting vulnerable birds in every landscape where we work. On behalf of birds and guided by science, we continue to work for practical, effective solutions to the urgent and interconnected problems of biodiversity loss, habitat destruction and degradation, and climate change—just as we have for decades now. Our efforts are making an impact, and we’ll keep working as long as it takes to see birds safe.
The birds you love need protection.
* Two-thirds of North American bird species are at increasing risk of extinction from climate change.
* 112 species have experienced steep population losses over the last 50 years.
* You can help reverse these trends—starting now.
But we must do more while there’s still time to build a brighter future for birds—and for that, we need you. Please, join us with a monthly donation this Earth Day while, thanks to a group of generous donors, your first gift will be matched for birds and our planet. ([link removed])
