My name is Mantra, and I’m excited to be joining Josh Harder’s campaign as his new Finance Associate.

Today I want to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about why I’m proud to work for Josh this cycle. Then I’m going to ask you to chip in to support the work we’re doing to keep this seat blue. [[link removed]]

Before I got into politics, I co-founded a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to underprivileged students. It was a passion project of mine and I loved giving back to my community. However, I also learned through the experience how hard it is to make change on the ground without smart federal policies.

What we’re seeing now at the federal level is absolutely devastating. I’ll tell you what, no one in my community is benefiting from these terrible funding cuts, especially to the Department of Education. And don’t get me started on what cutting healthcare would mean for our community.

That’s why Josh’s story really resonated with me. He decided to get involved in politics when Republicans tried to take away healthcare from people like his brother. I feel like in a way I’m following in his footsteps - using the skills I have to make a difference.

I couldn’t be prouder to join this team to help Josh fight back. I realize the hours will be long and the work is going to be hard, but I believe in Josh’s vision. This race here in California is the lynchpin for Democrats taking back power in 2026.
