CETCAP provides free technical assistance to community-based organizations, local governments, ports, housing authorities, tribes, and other public and nonprofit entities. The program helps you access federal tax credits for clean energy projects, which can cover* 30-70% of the costs* for:
* Solar energy
* Battery storage
* Wind energy
* Geothermal systems
* Electric vehicles (EVs)
* EV charging infrastructure
