FIRST: After the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, the Arizona Supreme Court sided with anti-abortion extremists, ruling that a Civil War-era TOTAL ban on abortions could go into effect.

THEN: In the 2024 election, Arizona voters fought back — overwhelmingly voting in favor of a Proposition 139 — a measure that would protect abortion access in Arizona.

NEXT: Governor Katie Hobbs certified Prop 139 and enshrined the right to abortion in Arizona’s constitution, REVERSING Arizona’s draconian abortion ban. It was — and remains — a huge victory for women, families, and all who care about protecting our freedoms.
