Dear John,

I hope this message finds you well! We’re thrilled to invite you to the 2025 Green Tie Awards—an evening of celebration, connection, and recognition for the remarkable strides our community has made in protecting North Carolina’s environment.

📅 Date: May 21, 2025
⏰ Time: 5:30 – 8:00 PM EST
📍 Location: Merrimon-Wynne House, 500 N Blount St, Raleigh, NC

The Green Tie Awards are a cherished tradition—an opportunity to honor individuals and organizations who have gone above and beyond in their commitment to environmental stewardship. It’s also a time for us to gather, reflect on our collective progress, and renew our dedication to the work that lies ahead.

As we look forward to this inspiring evening, I’d also love to introduce myself. My name is Harry Davis Jr., and I recently joined the North Carolina League of Conservation Voters as the new Development Officer. Before stepping into this role, I served in the office of Congressman Wiley Nickel—recipient of NCLCV’s 2022 Senator of the Year Award—and I’m proud to be an alum of the NCLCV Foundation’s Boards and Commissions program.

I’m truly honored to be part of this mission and to work alongside dedicated advocates like you. I can’t wait to connect at the Green Tie Awards and hear about the many ways you’re helping to shape a more just and sustainable future for North Carolina.

Please mark your calendar for this exciting event, and RSVP Now to let us know you’ll be joining us for a memorable evening.

I can’t wait to see you there!
