Join us April 21st at 8pm for our Monthly Statewide call.
This is our time to talk with folks from across the state that are
working to build a new political structure outside of the 2-party
system. You can help.

Deadline for November Elections
There are huge opportunities in
Pennsylvania this November. Below are some of the local offices that
may be available in your area. The filing deadline for a 3rd party
candidate for the 2025 Elections is August 1st, but to be eligible to
file that paperwork, the candidate must
be not registered as an R or a D as of 30 days before the
primary.
If you are
considering running for office this year, change your voter
registration to "None (No Affiliation)" by April 20th.
If you are concerned about what
you see coming from our current 2 party system? There is absolutely
nothing you can do that will have as much impact this year as running
for one of these offices as a Forwardist.
Judge of Elections- Have you
been a poll worker? This is an elected position that has important
responsibilities and oversees the election. Small commitment of time.
Tens of Thousands of districts across PA and many go completely
unfilled. This is a great opportunity to be your first public
elected office.
Township Auditor- The
Township Auditor is a member of a multi-person Board of Auditors
charged with auditing, settling, and adjusting the accounts of all
elected or appointed officials of the township received or disbursed
township funds in the preceding calendar year. Small commitment of
time. Often goes unfilled and is appointed by the people who
are supposed to be audited.
School Board- The Local School
Board member is responsible for overseeing school operations within
the district, and often for hiring/firing of school superintendents.
Can be a great way to impact your community.
City Legislature- The City
Legislature is the municipality's governing body, responsible for
voting on ordinances and policies, and often is in charge of hiring a
city manager.
Township Supervisor- The
Township Supervisor is a member of a multi-person Board of Supervisors
charged with general governance of the township and execution of
legislative, executive and administrative powers. The Supervisor is
responsible for setting and enacting policies and resolutions, levying
taxes, and setting budgets.
