John, no one should be living in poverty.

Across the country, Americans are still making a minimum wage of $7.25 an hour.

That’s not enough to live on — and Black and Hispanic workers are especially feeling the burden.

But there’s a glimmer of hope, John: Kirsten Gillibrand, Bernie Sanders, Mark Kelly, Cory Booker and other Democratic leaders just introduced a bill that would finally increase the federal minimum wage to $17 an hour. It’s called the Raise the Wage Act.

We’re polling our most engaged supporters in Philadelphia to gather data on support for raising the minimum wage. Will you respond before midnight, John? [[link removed]]

A note from Kirsten:
John, I am truly honored to have won reelection, and I promise to continue the critical work toward bipartisan solutions for New Yorkers as we enter this new term.
While we had many victories in New York this election season, our fight to retake control of the Senate is far from over.
Please, donate today to make sure my team and I can continue securing crucial progress on the issues that matter the most and help flip the Senate blue in 2026. [[link removed]]
Thank you,
Kirsten Gillibrand
