One week ago today I launched my campaign for reelection to Congress, and the show of support has been incredible.

Over 2,500 folks chipped in over the last week to power our movement for a better future, and tens of thousands more have signed on to endorse me and my campaign.

This is such a great start, friend, but we have to keep up the momentum.

You see, now that I’ve announced my campaign for reelection, lots of people will be watching our fundraising, from the press to far-right special interests to the mega-donors who may seek to fund my opponents.

If we can put up big fundraising numbers at the end of the month, we can send a message to those who seek to challenge us that our campaign will be hard to beat.

Then me and my team can spend less time campaigning more time taking on Donald Trump’s administration and fighting for our progressive values.

It’s not even about how much money we raise, but rather the amount of folks who chip in. That’s how we show the size and strength of our campaign.

So please: Make a contribution of any amount and stand with my campaign today. Let’s show the competition that this grassroots team is bigger than ever and ready to win.
