At the end of last month, Lizzie asked you to share what matters most to you right now—what’s keeping you up at night and what you think we should do about it.  We’re encouraged that so many Team Lizzie supporters took the time to respond.

If you haven’t taken the survey yet, there’s still time to tell us what’s on your mind.  Lizzie is always listening—and your perspective helps shape our team’s priorities and plans.

Lizzie and the team have read through your responses, and we want to share some of the key takeaways.  Here are the top five issues on respondents said were on their minds, as well as the Trump administration policies and actions that are most concerning:

1️⃣ Protecting the Constitution – The administration’s defiance of court orders, attacks on judicial independence, and threats to impeach judges who rule against it.

2️⃣ Government Stability – The so-called “DOGE” group’s mass firings and dismantling of federal agencies under Elon Musk’s influence.

3️⃣ Foreign Policy – Aligning with Russia over Ukraine, abandoning key allies, and eliminating USAID.

4️⃣ Social Security & Medicare – Cuts to services at the Social Security Administration, threatening benefits for millions.

5️⃣ Privacy – Unchecked access to Americans’ data by the DOGE group, raising serious concerns about personal privacy and security.

Your responses paint a clear picture: there is deep and widespread concern about the Trump administration’s actions and their impact on our democracy, our rights, our economy, and our future.  Lizzie and all of us on the team share these concerns.

But here’s the good news—we are not alone.  Hundreds of you not only expressed your concerns but also offered powerful ideas for how to fight back.  From legal pushback and public pressure to voter mobilization and demanding bold Democratic leadership.

It’s also clear why winning back the House majority in 2026 is essential.  Who we elect determines whether these issues are addressed—or ignored.  The fight ahead won’t be easy, but it is so important that we keep going.
