This Earth Day, 22 April, we’re excited to be part of the Green Match Fund, where each donation to our cause will be matched, doubling your impact to support our countryside and help tackle climate change. 

Every pound you donate between 22 and 29 April has twice the power with the Big Give. That means a £10 donation becomes £20, and a generous £50 grows into £100. Our aim is to raise £10,000, and with incredible match funding, we can transform it into £20,000! To make sure you double your impact, please donate to our campaign page on the Big Give website. Your support helps us in our mission to safeguard the countryside next door for millions of people in England. As multiple threats loom over our land, the countryside holds the power to provide solutions. Its trees, hedgerows, and healthy soils absorb vast amounts of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. This is just one of the incredible ways the countryside helps mitigate climate change, while providing diverse habitats for wildlife, home-grown food, and the landscapes that bring us joy. 

We are the only charity that champions the value of the ordinary countryside – the countryside next door.  With your support, we can advocate for a joined-up way to manage the competing demands on our finite land so that future generations can enjoy the green spaces we each hold dear.
