The House passed the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act also known as the “SAVE Act” on Thursday in spite of nearly every single Democrat voting against it. The SAVE Act is designed to protect the right to vote for all U.S. Citizens and to prevent illegal aliens and other foreigners from voting in our elections. Specifically, the SAVE Act will require proof of United States citizenship to register to vote.  

I am sure you agree…..Only United States citizens should be able to vote.  

And….Only United States citizens should be allowed to register to vote.  

This is common sense. But, of course, the truth is that Democrats don’t want to stop illegal aliens from voting. That’s exactly why they had no problem allowing a transformative flood of millions of illegal immigrants to enter the country during the Biden administration.  

Senator Schumer said the SAVE Act would "disenfranchise millions of American citizens, seize control of our elections, and fan the flames of election skepticism and denialism." This is ridiculous!  

Issues like this show why it was so important to win a Republican Majority in the last election and what is at stake in the fast-approaching mid-term elections. If Chuck Schumer and the radical Democrats in the United States Senate get their way, bills like the SAVE Act will never have a chance of even being debated, let alone passed into law.
