Hi EnviroVoter,

For the next two weeks, congressional representatives will be back in their districts for April Recess to meet with constituents, hear their concerns, and connect with the people they serve so they can represent them better in Washington D.C.

As voters, we also have a role to play during April Recess. We need to make our voices and climate priorities heard year-round, not just in November at the voting booth. EnviroVoters across California will be attending town halls for their representatives in the coming weeks. Will you join them?

Right now, there's more drive than ever to get out there and make our voices heard. That's why demonstrations like the Hands Off Rally (the photo by ProBonoPhoto/Bob Shonkoff above is from the Oakland branch of the rally, which I spoke at!) and the Fighting Oligarchy Tour with Bernie Sanders and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez are driving thousands of people to make a united stand together.

If you're feeling inspired to take action, know that we're feeling the energy too—and April Recess is our opportunity to attend town halls and get direct access to the lawmakers who are supposed to represent us in Washington D.C.

Fill out our form to get local town hall information from your representative.

Thanks so much for being part of this movement.
