The US must bring Kilmar Abrego Garcia home.

If you missed it, last month, this husband and father was wrongfully sent to El Salvador to a notorious mega prison called CECOT, which is known for being violent and overcrowded. The Trump administration admitted in court that this mistake was an “administrative error,” and it happened despite Garcia never being charged with a crime and with a court order protecting him from deportation.

Now, Trump is openly defying the Supreme Court, which ordered his Administration to facilitate the return of Garcia to his family. Meanwhile, Republicans in Congress, who supposedly believe in “law and order,” are silent.

This is a dangerous, slippery slope for our Constitutional order and the rights of all American citizens.

The Trump administration is pushing us closer to a constitutional crisis than ever before. We must continue to fight back with everything we can.
