[link removed] [[link removed]] John,
Just like we did during President Trump’s first term, CREW is tracking the conflicts of interest surrounding Trump’s properties.
And just like he did during his first term, Trump is defying all norms of the presidency and creating untold numbers of conflicts of interest by his failure to divest from his business interests before taking office.

We’re tracking visits to Trump properties by Trump, members of his cabinet, state and foreign government officials, events held by foreign governments, special interests and political groups at Trump properties and instances where Trump, cabinet members and other government offices used their platform to promote Trump businesses publicly.
Before we dive into the details, chip in today to support CREW’s work. Our ability to investigate these conflicts and hold Trump accountable depends on support from people like you→ [[link removed]]If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your tax deductible donation will go through immediately to ActBlue Charities Inc. and be disbursed to CREW within 30 days:

Trump made hundreds of visits to his properties during his first term in office, and he’s continuing that trend. In fact, he’s visiting them even more this time around.
Donald Trump has been in office for 86 days—and he has visited his properties 57 of those days— that’s over half the time he’s been in office.
Seventeen of those visits were simply to golf, but nine of them were to attend events held by political groups, foreign governments, or special interest groups.
John, this highlights what is particularly dangerous about Trump’s visits to his properties.
While it’s already concerning that the president spends nearly half of his time at his properties, it’s even more disturbing because it signals to those looking to influence the president and his administration that they should too. It generates free advertising, since the press is on hand, and it costs taxpayer dollars—to the tune of millions of dollars each visit.
Some of that money is even paid to the Trump businesses, who charge the Secret Service for their stay.
In official remarks, interviews, social media posts and meetings with U.S. and foreign leaders, Trump finds or manufactures opportunities to shower his hotels, resorts and golf courses with praise and uses his influence to drive business to his properties. Trump’s cabinet members follow suit, using their positions as well to shout out to their boss’s properties.
CREW has been at the forefront of tracking and exposing Trump’s self-dealing from the beginning —whether it’s through aggressive litigation, watchdog reporting or records requests to reveal just how much he’s profiting off the presidency.
But holding the powerful accountable takes time, resources, and support.
John, that’s why we’re asking you to make a contribution to CREW today.
