As Republicans like Gabe Evans prepare to vote on a budget resolution that would threaten Medicaid, Social Security, and Medicare; cut jobs for veterans; put health care and food assistance on the chopping block; and enable the Trump-Musk agenda to wreck the economy and threatens families, we’re teaming up with Congressman Greg Casar to meet with CO-08 residents and take about the very real issues they are facing.
Greg Casar was first elected to Congress in 2022 and represents Texas’s 35th district. He’s been a longtime advocate for working families, fighting for a living wage, affordable housing, criminal justice, and immigrant rights. Now he is leading us forward as Chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus.
Voters across the CO-08 are furious, and Republican Congressman Gabe Evans is avoiding hosting in-person town halls because Republican leadership told him to hide.
