My husband saved the life of his fellow officer and now a Soros-prosecutor is
making him a political victim.
Dear Friend,
My husband saved the life of his fellow officer and now a Soros-prosecutor is
making him a political victim.
That's my husband, Officer Brad Lunsford, with our boys in this photo.
<[link removed]>
Right now the New Mexico anti-cop Attorney General and a BLM activist are
doing everything they can to put him behind bars.
And since I'm told you're a patriotic American who respects our men and women
in blue,I'm swallowing my pride and asking you for help to save my husband.

Our nightmare started the day my husband responded to a shoplifting call.
When Brad and his partner, Officer Arbogast, identified the armed suspect
they moved to detain him.
But the suspect became violent and tried to disarm his partner, eventually
grabbing a taser and pointing it at the prone officer.
Brad's training immediately kicked in. He drew his pistol and fired, killing
the suspect, and saving his partner's life. Maybe even his own.
My husband did nothing wrong. After the episode, his department's internal
investigation cleared him.
AND the local district attorney was finishing the investigation to do so as
well, but the Attorney General of New Mexico -- a woke, anti-cop politician
funded by George Soros -- took matters into his own hands and charged Brad with
Voluntary Manslaughter.
Friend, I was so scared and didn't know who to turn to...
...the fight for my husband's freedom was going to be costly and I knew we
didn't have the necessary funds.
But as an answer to our prayers, we got a call from Jason Johnson, President
of the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund (LELDF).
Not only did LELDF decide to help my husband get the legal defense he
deserves, but when he was WRONGFULLY CONVICTED by a jury and sent to prison,
they committed to doing whatever it takes to clear Brad's good name.
But they can't do it alone.
That's why I'm humbly asking you to help LELDF fight for Brad by making a
tax-deductible donation of $35, $50, $100, or any amount.

And thanks to LELDF and Brad's attorney we've discovered the outrageous jury
misconduct that occurred behind the scenes.
The court not only made a mistake by dismissing and replacing two jurors
without reason...
But a Black Lives Matter activist neglected to disclose her anti-police bias
to get on the jury. Worse, she became the jury foreperson, leading the
deliberations and steering the case against Brad.
My husband was denied a fair trial and spent 5 weeks in jail before the judge
even heard his motion for a new trial!
And we're still waiting to learn if there will be a new trial or if we'll have
to file an appeal.
I'd be lying if I said this entire situation wasn't overwhelming and
terrifying. But I know it could be a whole lot worse.
I've been to a few police officer funerals. My husband is alive. We can fight
this and win.
But the battle isn't finished and with six years in prison and no paycheck
still hanging over Brad's head...I pray we raise the funds necessary to fight
this to the end.
Will you please help LELDF fight for my husband -- for my family -- by
donating $35, $50, $100 or more today?

Your generous gift will be put to immediate use helping Brad and other wrongly
accused officers win in court and move on with their lives as free men.
If you're able to make a larger contribution, that would be an incredible
blessing to our family and so many others.
No matter what, please pray for Brad and our family. Our boys are little, and
they need their dad. I need my husband.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Gratefully,
Lacy Lunsford
P.S. After Brad left the Army and became a cop, he made me one promise -- he
would always come home to me. To think he may spend the next six years in
prison because he followed his training so that his partner could make it home
to his newborn baby. Please help the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund fight
for my husband and other wrongly accused officers by making a tax-deductible
donation of $35, $50, $100 or more today.

Thank you!
More such officers who sacrifice so much for will face similar fates unless we
speak out and stand up for the brave men and women in blue. The next time you
see a police officer in your community, please thank them for their service. To
