Stop Religious Discrimination Against Faith-Based Charter Schools

Oklahoma actively discriminates against religion in its charter-school program.

St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School wants to be part of Oklahoma’s charter-school program, and they’re just as qualified as any non-religious charter school.

But because St. Isidore is religious, Oklahoma’s Attorney General sued to force the Board to cancel St. Isidore’s contract after the Board accepted its application. And the Oklahoma Supreme Court sided with the Attorney General.

That’s why we’re proud to defend the Board all the way to the Supreme Court.

We’ll argue Oklahoma Statewide Charter School Board v. Drummond this spring.

We’re standing up to religious discrimination in Oklahoma to protect religious freedom in states across the country.

And we’d love for you to join us.
