Please join us for World BEYOND War’s Online Workshop: Self-Care for Activists next Saturday, April 26 at 3:00pm ET!
This session is about coming together as a global network to take a pause and acknowledge the tireless work that we all are doing as part of the WBW network whether as volunteers, chapter coordinators, donors, board members, staff, interns, affiliates, or allies.
We will come together to engage in a relaxing 45-minute guided breathwork session led by breathwork facilitator Amy Romanowsky, as a self-care practice that you may want to add to your routine.
Breathwork is a practice that helps release stuck emotions and traumas that we hold onto as we advocate for a better world. Doing breathwork can lead to a feeling of bliss and peace.
It is more important than ever to stay healthy, practice work-life balance, and feel renewed in our activism. Self-care will help us show up as our best selves in the world.
We will also hear from WBW Board President Kathy Kelly and WBW organizers around the globe who will share about their work advocating to end war.
