The massive protests on April 5 showed the power of our movement. Three million people took to the streets at more than 1,300 actions across all 50 states to reject Trump and Musk's plans to enrich themselves and their billionaire friends at our expense.1

Here's the heart of it: Republicans hold the House by the slimmest possible margin. Their latest budget vote passed by just 216-214.2 That means if we can flip just TWO Republican votes, we can block Trump and Musk's plans to slash Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security to fund tax cuts for the ultra-wealthy.
MoveOn has identified seven persuadable House Republicans who MUST be pressured by their constituents. These representatives know their districts aren't solidly MAGA, and they're feeling the heat after the massive April 5 protests.
Our April congressional recess plan is already in motion. We're organizing constituent meetings, town hall interventions, and local media events in each of these seven districts. MoveOn members will deliver a clear message to these representatives: Vote to protect our health care and Social Security. We are watching, and we are not afraid to hold you accountable.

Here's what your donation will fund: MoveOn is deploying staff to train local volunteers, coordinate actions, make noise in the local press and across social media platforms, and ensure these representatives can't escape hearing from their constituents. Our plan is to raise hell—and to keep it up for as long as it takes—so that these representatives know we will not stand idly by as they vote to raise costs for everyday Americans while giving handouts to billionaires.
