 Bellevue—Radical Democrat lawmakers in Olympia are pushing the largest tax package in WA state history, including HB 2049 that triples the growth cap on property taxes from 1% to 3%.

Property taxes in WA are already too high. HB 2049 will also tack an inflation fee and a population growth fee. Practically speaking, this increase in property taxes could price many Washington homeowners out of their homes.
