Imagine if President Biden—or President Obama—had done the following:

• Signed Executive Orders targeting their political opponents for simply telling the truth
• Revoked press credentials national news outlets.
• Sank the stock market with reckless tariffs
• Targeted law firms for hiring former government prosecutors
• Pardoned criminals who assaulted law enforcement officers

If any Democrat had taken these actions, Republican politicians would be screaming from the rooftops—calling it socialism, tyranny, and the weaponization of government.

But the Biden and Obama Administrations didn't take these actions. The Trump Administration did.

And yet, most Republican leaders remain silent.

This is what we’re up against. This silence is dangerous. When those who know better say nothing, it opens the door for authoritarianism to take root. It erodes the truth, weakens democracy, and threatens our nation’s stability.

That’s why Country First exists—to speak up when others stay silent, to tell the truth, and to work to strengthen democracy and its institutions and give you the tools to do the same.

We know this isn’t easy. But it’s necessary. And we can’t do it without you.
