It’s been a hell of a week, John.

In case you missed it, Trump imposed tariffs on pretty much every country in the world — even places with no human population.

With these tariffs in place, everything, from coffee to gaming consoles, will be more expensive. Billionaires and massive corporations will be just fine, but for those of us who can barely afford to buy eggs, these tariffs are going to hurt.

Even with a 90-day pause in place for most countries’ tariffs, the looming threat of higher costs is hanging over all of us.

Congress has the power to put a stop to this before even more people are priced out of their groceries. But we have to act NOW if we want to make sure Congress does its job.

It only takes a minute, John: Will you sign our letter to Congress demanding that they take action against Trump’s tariffs: [link removed]

The Trump Administration clearly has no idea how our economy works for people who aren’t part of the billionaire class.

The federal minimum wage hasn’t increased since 2009. Rent is skyrocketing nationwide. Groceries are more expensive than ever. If your phone breaks, replacing it can easily cost you a thousand dollars.

And don’t even get us started on student loans and medical debt.

Trump’s tariffs aren’t helping anyone but the ultra-rich. We’re applying pressure on Congress so that they know we’re not going to take this quietly.
