Dear Friend,
Since January, we've received thousands of questions from people seeking to make a difference:Â
Does my voice actually matter?
Does calling or writing to my members of Congress really make an impact?
I'm just a regular person, what can I do?
We get it! With Trump and his Big Polluter allies flooding the zone with breaking news, it can feel like our voices are being drowned out in the chaos.
But the Sierra Club is proof that our advocacy, whether it's through calls, lawsuits, or letter-writing campaigns, makes all the difference.
Watch and share this short video to see how our people-powered movement creates change:

Our advocacy mattered in 1893, when we kept Yosemite from being downsized.
In 1973, when we demanded the Endangered Species Act to save wildlife.
In 2016, when we spoke up to keep Yellowstone grizzlies protected.
And again in 2022 when we collectively fought to pass the largest climate legislation in the history of the United States.
The biggest environmental victories always start with everyday people taking action.
By flooding inboxes with petitions, funding legal battles, and showing up in the streets, our past victories are proof that grassroots power drives real change.
A better future isn't wishful thinking. It's action. It's impact. It's power -- our collective power.
So how will you use it today?
In community,
Sierra Club
