We need to talk about Trump’s tariffs.

Economists agree that Trump’s hackjob plan is a disaster. He’s putting his ego over the economy, destroying decades of growth in the process.

Make no mistake: Trump has no plan to help families in Illinois or across the country make ends meet. His economic plan is focused on providing even larger tax cuts for billionaires while everyday Americans suffer.

You deserve a government that works for you and your interests. That’s exactly what I’m working for in Congress, and unlike Trump, I take that responsibility seriously.
