As always, our State Freedom Caucuses continue to make waves.  There's a lot to report today.  Let's go!

MONTANA

Since the beginning of the session, the Montana Freedom Caucus has been exposing the voting records of the “Nasty 9” Republican Senators who continuously vote with socialist Democrats to kill good conservative bills.

The Montana Republican Party took notice of the MT Freedom Caucus's efforts and moved to censure the RINO Senators.

The censure motion passed.  The "Nasty 9" are no longer recognized as Republicans. 

That means the MTGOP will no longer support or fund these liberal Senators' re-election campaigns.  And the Party will urge the media and the public to refrain from referring to these Senators as Republicans.

One Senate Democrat is even bragging on social media that with the help of the "Nasty 9", they are now in control of the State Senate.  In a red state where Trump won 58%-38% against Kamala Harris!

One of the “Nasty 9,” Senator Jason Ellsworth, was further exposed by the Montana Freedom Caucus for unethical activity, which led to Ellsworth being permanently removed from all committees and from the Senate floor.

KEY POINT: If conservative policies are going to pass in red states like Montana - as they should - we need to expose the fake Republicans who are deceiving the voters.  The Montana Freedom Caucus is doing that.  Here's a media clip of MTFC Chairman Jerry Schillinger and our Montana state director, Darin Gaub, on NewsMax's Chris Salcedo Show.

MARYLAND

The Maryland Freedom Caucus is putting constant pressure on the state's progressive governor and the Democrat supermajority.  Case in point - see the tweet below.

KEY POINT:  It's worth remembering that this sort of constant, public pressure DID NOT EXIST before the MD Freedom Caucus was created.

SOUTH CAROLINA

After the South Carolina Freedom Caucus killed leadership's tax redistribution scheme, GOP leaders are being forced to make tough choices.  Now they are willing to get rid of earmarks in order to help get real tax reform across the finish line.  

SC Freedom Caucus Chairman Jordan Pace said it best in the tweet below.

KEY POINT: As the famous quote says, "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win."

PATH TO ZERO!: With the Oklahoma Freedom Caucus's full support, the Oklahoma State Senate passed a bill this week, 36-9, that would completely phase out the state's income tax.  The OK Freedom Caucus is now calling on the State House to quickly consider and pass the bill.  Let's do this!

STONEWALLING IN ARIZONA:  Arizona Freedom Caucus emeritus member and now Maricopa County Recorder, Justin Heap, is dying to cross reference his county voter rolls with the Department of Homeland Security's database of non-citizens.  But he can't do that because the County Board of Supervisors won't give him the tools to do it.  Learn more here.   

FIGHTING IN HOSTILE TERRITORY:  The state of Georgia is one of the most hostile places for conservative reformers to make change.  Despite that, the Georgia Freedom Caucus recently put out a statement remarking on their successes from this past legislative session. 

OUT-OF-CONTROL REGULATORS:  Charles and Heather Maude are facing up to $500,000 in fines and over a decade in jail because federal bureaucrats have a problem with a fence on the Maude's property.  The South Dakota Freedom Caucus is calling on their elected officials in Congress to do something - anything - to help the Maudes.
