Throughout this election campaign, I’ve had conversations with so many Canadians – and across the country, Canadians recognize the unique and challenging time we face.
Canadians are meeting this moment with positivity, strength, and unity – and you deserve a government that will do the same.
President Trump’s unprecedented tariffs are rupturing the global economy and pose significant threats to Canadian workers and businesses. In this increasingly volatile world, a new Liberal government will ensure Canada steps up and leads.
Our plan will fight these unjust tariffs, protect our workers, and build a stronger Canadian economy, one that is the fastest growing in the G7. We will double the pace of construction to almost 500,000 new homes a year. We will preserve our nature and create new national parks and conservation areas. And we will protect Canadian industry and cover the costs of apprenticeship training for the skilled trades, so we can connect workers to higher-paying jobs and build more in Canada.
While we have a real, positive plan, Pierre Poilievre has spent his time following Trump’s playbook and trying to make divisive cuts that would hurt Canadian families. Canadians can’t afford that.
We need to build Canada Strong.
But delivering this plan is not possible without Canadians like you. Across the country, Liberals are energized and stepping up to help our team so that we can win on April 28.
