Here is today's Kansas Commission on Disability Concerns (KCDC) Legislative Update.  

The Legislature is back for their veto session.  I will put out the last legislative update file tomorrow when the website should have the final actions of the legislature done.  

I received the Bob Bethell Joint Committee on Home and Community Based Services and KanCare Oversight agenda for their Wednesday, April 14th meeting.  I've attached it below.  The meeting starts at 8:30 am. They are meeting in Room 548-S in the capitol building.  If you want to watch, you can to to their YouTube link here on April 14th a few minutes before 8:30.
