John,

Thank you for attending our webinar, Redesigning Maternal Health: Integrating Doulas into Care Teams ([link removed]) , last week! Experts from New York, Massachusetts, and Louisiana shared three innovative case studies, demonstrating how to overcome systemic barriers to fostering meaningful collaboration between doulas and healthcare organizations. During the conversation, speakers:
* Showcased partnerships between hospital systems, clinical providers and doulas that focused on shared goals, such as improving care coordination and reducing disparities;
* Discussed strategies for building strong relationships to enhance patient experiences, reduce healthcare costs, and support doula workforce well-being; and
* Provided recommendations on sustaining a doula workforce in a clinical setting and creating welcoming hospital spaces where doulas feel appreciated and valued.

Our vision for the future of maternal & child health

We envision a world where families of color have equally healthy and joyous birthing ([link removed]) experiences. We believe doulas should have a powerful stake in redesigning the systems that make this future possible.
