Commerce Needs Your Input

The Washington State Department of Commerce is committed to investing in, and partnering with, communities like yours – now and into the future.

Our new Director of Commerce, Joe Nguyễn, is deeply committed to listening, learning, and being accountable to the people we serve, which is a top priority of Governor Ferguson.

A significant aspect of that commitment is delivering excellent customer service.  Your feedback will help us understand how we can better support the individuals, organizations, and communities we work with every day.

The survey will take just a few minutes of your valuable time. We’ve come up with three ways you can provide feedback on your experience with Commerce:

* Take a brief online survey (about 5 minutes);

* Register for online listening sessions (weekly opportunities); or

* Register for a local, in-person focus group near you (several will be held around the state).

Visit the Commerce Community Engagement page [ [link removed] ] to take the survey and register for online or in-person focus groups (held April 21 - June). The survey will close at the end of May 2025.

If you need any assistance accessing the information or completing the survey, please email [email protected]
