John,
Last year, the Arizona Supreme Court reached all the way back to 1864 — before women could vote — to uphold a cruel law banning nearly all abortions.
But Arizonans didn’t give up. They organized. They rallied. And in the 2024 elections, they made history — voting to enshrine the right to abortion directly into their state constitution. Just last month, a judge permanently blocked that 1864 abortion ban from ever coming back.
This is what the people-power looks like; this is what we can do when we fight for the common good and common sense.
Even in the middle of Trump-fueled chaos, we are winning where it counts the most. In Wisconsin, voters rejected Elon Musk's millions by casting their votes for pro-choice judge Susan Crawford to fill a seat on the state's Supreme Court. But if we want to keep winning, we have to keep fighting.
Dwight has always stood firm on the frontlines in the fight for reproductive freedom. From co-sponsoring the Women’s Health Protection Act to opposing harmful bans and barriers to care — he believes the right to choose should not depend on your ZIP code.
Pennsylvania protects reproductive freedom — now let’s bring that protection nationwide. Add your name today to say you stand with Dwight Evans and the fight to protect abortion rights across America.
Thank you,
Team Evans
