Is it just me, or does every week of the Trump Administration feel like absolute chaos? Never mind what I think, though. Mary Gay wants to know how you’re being impacted by the threat of Trump’s tariffs. Can you take a moment to share your thoughts and concerns?

John,
I know we all have our eyes on the economy right now, from the price of groceries to the value of our 401(k)s. If you’re worried, I get that, it’s a deeply scary moment as President Trump and his team continued their recklessness Friday when they hastily imposed tariffs on 90 countries (and one island inhabited only by penguins?) around the world, sending the global economy into a literal tailspin. They’re calling it “Liberation Day.”
Please. I’m calling it stupid, irresponsible, careless, and dangerous.
I’m hearing a lot of fear right now from voters like small business owners, retirees, folks who work in manufacturing, or those concerned about the cost of living and rising expenses (so, pretty much everyone).
Now I want to hear from you, too. Do you have questions or concerns about how the Trump tariffs could impact you and your family? Or have a story about what it’s already doing to your finances and plans? Please take a moment to tell me about it.
President Trump said the day he imposed these tariffs would be remembered as “the day that we began to make America wealthy again.” Sounds like BS to me. Here’s what I want to know: what do you think?
Let me know here.
— Mary Gay
