The City of Harker Heights is hosting a Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, April 24, 2025, from 6p-8p at the Harker Heights Activities Center located at 400 Indian Trail, Room A.

The meeting will be to discuss the realignment of a 1/4-mile section of Chaparral Road including a traffic signal and turn lanes at the new Chaparral Rd/FM 3481 intersection.  This project is the first of many design phases involving Chaparral Rd.
