Elon Musk may have faced a recent defeat, but don’t be fooled — he’s not backing down. He spent over $21 million to boost a Trump-backed conservative in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race, and there’s no telling what he’ll spend in Virginia.

Regardless, we know Musk and DOGE will be on the ballot this November. Virginia is home to 300,000+ federal workers who are facing the possibility of losing their jobs, all because of Musk and DOGE’s reckless firings. It’s just cruel.

While Abigail’s opponent and Virginia’s current Republican leadership stand by — and support — these measures, saying they “don’t understand why” it’s a big deal (yep, Abigail’s opponent actually said that), Abigail is speaking out and standing up for hardworking Virginians who have devoted their lives to a career in public service and just want to make their communities, Commonwealth, and country better places to live.

This is about more than just a policy — it’s about the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of Virginians and our economy. Virginia deserves a Governor who understands the importance of this and knows how to stand up to unelected, bully billionaires like Elon Musk.
