Washington's Draft Consolidated Plan for HUD now available for public comment
Commerce is seeking feedback on the draft update to the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan, which will guide distribution of federal housing funding in Washington over the next four years.
The state’s Consolidated Plan seeks to benefit low-income households and areas, identify housing and community development needs, and set priorities and strategies to meet those needs.

The draft 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan is posted online (Box PDF), along with a draft Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing. Public comments will be accepted online until May 7, 2025.
Public hearing
Commerce is hosting a virtual public hearing to present the findings of the Consolidated Plan.
