** Help Us Fight for Election Integrity!

We are continuing the fight for fair and transparent elections. Our lawsuit in Clark County rages on.

In 2024, Democrats flipped a senate seat, which clinched unilateral control for them over state bonds, by 173 votes out of nearly 90,000 cast. We found over one thousand voters who had previously reported moving out of the district. As a result, we cannot definitively know the true outcome of the election.

Greg Kimsey, the Clark County Auditor, must be held accountable for his failure to keep our voter rolls clean and ensure the integrity of our elections. The only fair resolution is a new election we can have confidence in.

Most election integrity lawsuits get dismissed immediately with the liberal judges in our state. This one has legs because we went out and collected hundreds of affidavits from the current residents of addresses where voters, who had moved, had their votes counted from.

These affidavits attest to the fact that these voters did not live at these addresses at the time of the election and their votes should never have been counted.

While the case has been extended by the judge for both sides to submit additional arguments, the defense has argued that the evidence we submitted should not be admitted.
