We have HUGE NEWS: Kash Patel has
officially REPEALED ATF’s “Zero Tolerance” policy!
This tyrannical policy was
previously used to unlawfully shut down hundreds of gun stores
nationwide and build an illegal, digital gun registry using
out-of-business records.
This is a tremendous win, but that’s not all, because FPC
just announced TODAY that our leadership is working directly with the
Trump Administration to move key pro-Second Amendment initiatives
forward.
FPC recently submitted a list of
proposed reforms to the White House and DOJ. And the Administration
has now confirmed that many of our proposals are under strong
consideration, including:
- Establishing a Second Amendment Czar
- Creating and Staffing a First and Second Amendment Section
Within the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division
- Enacting Massive National Firearms Act (NFA) Arms
Reforms
- And more!
And now that ATF announced its
repeal of the “Zero Tolerance” policy, we’re seeing evidence that the
tide is finally beginning to turn.
Plus, we now have a real seat at
the table – and that is only possible because of supporters

But having a seat at the table isn’t enough—we need to
