John,
Today is World Health Day, and I want to talk about something I hear from constituents every single day: fear about their healthcare.
Seniors are worried about whether their Medicare coverage will keep up with their needs. Families are unsure if Medicaid will still be there for their children in the coming months. Hardworking Americans are stuck between soaring premiums and impossible medical bills — forced to make choices no one should have to make.
Our healthcare system is failing too many people. Not because of our doctors, our nurses, or our caregivers — but because of policy failures that put profits over patients.
We deserve stronger coverage and lower costs. We deserve a system where life-saving care doesn’t lead to bankruptcy. We deserve a country where mothers can bring children into the world without financial ruin and with the confidence that their families will be cared for.
The Affordable Care Act was a step forward, but instead of building on it, Republicans are still trying to dismantle it. We can do better. We must do better.
I’m fighting every day for a brighter future with better healthcare for all Americans. Will you join my fight today by adding your name to my petition? Let’s demand stronger healthcare protections — and tell the GOP to stop attacking the ACA, Medicaid, and Medicare once and for all >>
Thank you,
