Working at Live Action is truly a gift and a calling. 

As the Chief Operating Officer, I am proud to say that Live Action strives to have the most pro-life, pro-family workplace and culture possible.

Recently, during our team retreat, many staff members attended the event with their little ones in tow. Our wonderful HR team set up a baby room where mothers could care for their little ones while attending the meetings with the larger team. It was a wonderful sight to see because these are the little ones whose futures we are fighting for. 

At Live Action, we make it our mission to uplift families. We work hard to provide flexibility for growing families, generous maternity and paternity leave policies, additional support for new parents traveling for work, and — as always — babies are welcome at any Live Action event!

Children are not an impediment to success or to a career; they are the most important work.
