We have two important bits of news to share with you today regarding our challenge to CA's "Assault Weapons" ban.

First, thanks to our supporters, we were able to meet our May end-of-month deadline in Miller v. Becerra.

Second, our Legal Team has set an action goal of $20,000 this month in order to repeal the ban. 

As we informed you last month, it is now more likely than ever that Judge Benitez will set a new hearing date in our case.
