We’re suing Donald Trump.

Last week, Donald Trump signed an Executive Order that attacks vote-by-mail, jeopardizes voting rights for millions of Americans – including active duty military members serving overseas – and makes it harder for states to run their own free and fair elections. The order even allows Elon Musk’s DOGE to access sensitive state voter information.

White House staff have described it as “the farthest reaching executive action taken” in American HISTORY.

This is an assault on our democracy, and Democrats nationwide are sounding the alarm in defense of voting rights. That’s why the Democratic Governors Association is joining national Democrats in suing Donald Trump, DOGE, and many members of the Trump administration to protect voting rights.
