Our contractor will be completing critical water main work on April 4 & 5 on Ellis Street.
- Friday, April 4 – Work will begin within the right-of-way, and Ellis Street will remain open.
- Saturday, April 5 – Ellis Street will be closed to allow for a necessary utility crossing. Work hours will be from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., as per Village Ordinance.
Please plan accordingly and use alternate routes. We appreciate your patience as we complete this essential infrastructure improvement!

The Village of Oswego is looking for passionate, engaged students to serve as Student Representatives for the 2025-2026 school year!
This is a unique opportunity for Oswego High School and Oswego East High School students to gain hands-on experience in local government by serving on an advisory commission. Student Representatives provide valuable input on community matters, develop leadership skills and make an impact.
Eligibility:
- Oswego resident
- Incoming junior or senior (preferred)
- In good academic standing
- Committed to attending at least 75% of meetings
