Dear Friend,

These are uncertain times. War has returned to Europe, and many are asking: How do we protect ourselves? Some voices are calling for Europe to develop its own nuclear weapons—but this would be a disaster.

We cannot and will not let such dangerous ideas go uncontested. ICAN campaigners across Europe have been pushing back and exposing the truth: nuclear weapons do not provide security. They only bring destruction, danger, and a constant risk of catastrophe. Today, I am adding my voice with a video message, to the campaign, and all those who must hear it:

This is the debate shaping Europe’s future. The decisions made today will determine whether we move toward true security—or lock ourselves into a future of nuclear threats. If you believe in a Europe built on peace, not the logic of annihilation, watch the video and share it.
