Wilma Reichard, an ordained United Church of Christ minister who spent much of her ministry in hospital and hospice chaplaincy. She has participated in Lifelines since 2017. • NRCAT’s Director of Faith and Community Engagement, Laura Markle Downton will be moderating. Over the last decade, Solitary Watch has grown the Lifelines to Solitary program to reach people in solitary using their list of more than 4,500 people in long-term isolation.
