Dear Friend,
Activist judges across the country are doing everything they can to shut down President Trump’s agenda, but our Founding Fathers were clear: there are three branches of government, and checks and balances are in place for a reason.
That is why I joined with my Republican colleagues to introduce a bill that will help rein in rogue judges by limiting their orders to matters only in their jurisdiction. My bill will prevent judicial overreach and stand up for the principles in the U.S. Constitution.
