Together, we implored Congress to defund abortion businesses like Planned Parenthood, which received nearly $700 million in taxpayer dollars according to its most recent annual report!
The day before, I discussed the federal defunding of the abortion industry with House Speaker Mike Johnson, who shares our passion for protecting the unborn and taxpayers. The work of the new Department of Government Efficiency eradicating waste, fraud and abuse in the federal government sets the stage for ending federal funding to organizations like Planned Parenthood.
