[ [link removed] ]Dave Min: American is not a dictatorship. It is a democracy based on
three co-equal branches of government, all of which are sworn to support
and defend the Constitution.

When Katie Porter left her seat in Congress, she endorsed Dave Min. He won
a tight race and is one of the boldest Democrats in Congress.

[ [link removed] ]As the March 31 deadline approaches, he deserves our financial support.
But first, you have to check out what he said on MSNBC recently:

"I was in one of the closest races in the country last year. It's
predicted to be one of the closest congressional races next cycle. And the
conventional wisdom for someone in my position is to be quiet, to keep a
low profile, to not make waves. But I'm a former law professor. I was
alarmed at the very first hours of the Trump administration, because what
they were doing was so clearly illegal. And this is not an end run around
the Constitution. They are attacking the Constitution...what we're seeing
right now is a full on constitutional crisis.

"Unnamed Democratic strategists had some concerns that I was being too
vocal in standing up to Musk and Trump...I think they're wrong.

"I think right now, swing voters want to see us take action. And maybe I'm
wrong, but I will say this, I am right about historic moment right now,
and people will look back at this moment and say, 'What did you do to try
to save our democracy?' And those of us who have a platform need to be
able to answer that question to say, we did everything we could. We fought
like hell. That's one of the reasons I introduced the first DOGE related
bill back in early February, which would repeal DOGE."

midnight deadline, the more other Democrats will see the public rewards
