I’m running for Governor of California.
Kamala Harris is gearing up for the California Governor’s race.
Dear John,
You may recognize me as Riverside County Sheriff.
As Sheriff I am responsible for the County's five jail facilities, six court
buildings, a civil bureau, the Coroner's Bureau, Public Administrator's Office,
twelve patrol stations, seventeen contract cities, 4,200 dedicated employees
and an operating budget of just over one billion dollars.
It’s a lot of responsibility, but having the honor of keeping my home safe is
the best job in the world.
Throughout my career in law enforcement, I have fought back against the
pro-criminal policies coming out of Sacramento. We have held the line and kept
Riverside County safe.
Now, the threat that the Democrat leadership poses to our communities is
graver than ever before.

That’s because Kamala Harris is positioning herself to run for Governor of
California.
Today, I’m asking you to help me defeat radical Kamala Harris in the race for
California Governor.

Californians are waking up to how disastrous these years of Democrat rule have
been.
There is no better way to highlight that failure than putting myself, a
Sheriff who has spent decades defending law and order, up against Kamala
Harris, who as Attorney General oversaw the severe decline in public safety
that we are living with today.
Kamala Harris, Karen Bass, Katie Porter, and Adam Schiff want us to forget the
harm that Democrat rule has caused to California.
But you know how these years have been:
* Democrats’ lack of preparation and water management allowed wildfires to
ravage the state, while Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom were nowhere to be found.
* Despite Democrats spending hundreds of millions to “fix” it—crime,
homelessness, and drug addiction skyrocketed.
* Democrats wasted billions of dollars on “high-speed rail” with nothing to
show for it.
As they say: fool me once, shame on you… Fool me twice, shame on me.
Well Californians ought to be ashamed.
There’s rampant crime, homelessness, and drug addiction. The cost of living is
unbearable…
Californians are being taxed to death just to watch their hard-earned dollars
go towards fighting against Trump’s common-sense policies like wildfire
prevention, immigration reform, and water storage improvement.
These California Democrats don’t care one bit that Americans are having a hard
time. I’d go even further to say theywelcome the misery so they can keep folks
down and dependent.
And I wouldn’t blame you if you said, “Chad, I’m afraid California’s best days
are behind us.”
But listen, here’s something you need to remember...
Republicans turned things around by electing Ronald Reagan as Governor of
California.
And we can do that again.
But there’s no way I can pull it off without you.

More and more everyday Americans are waking up to the harm that years of
Democrat rule has caused them, and they are turning their backs on the party
that betrayed them.
A recent statewide poll showed Gov. Gavin Newsom's approval rating among
likely voters at 44%. The number for the state legislature is even lower, with
a 40% approval rating. Fewer than 20% of L.A. residents give Mayor Karen Bass
high marks for fire response. Six in 10 voters said they felt the state was
going in the wrong direction.
The polling for Republicans has never been stronger in 20 years because of
the dissatisfaction with the Democrats controlling their government.
The time is right…
But California is massive. We need to ignite a massive grassroots movement to
compete across all 163,696 square miles and in all 58 counties.

The Democrat machine that raised a billion dollars for Kamala Harris is going
to come out in full force in her home state of California. But people are fed
up with her, with her incompetence, and with the years of Democrat rule.
Even if she outraises me 10-to-1, I’ll have a good fighting chance.
This race is the toughest in the nation.
But I have been doing something just as tough—tackling crime in California.
Here is what Democrats don’t understand about the crime problem: when someone
breaks the law or is a violent repeat offender, you put them in jail. It’s not
a systemic or societal problem. Or a racism problem. It is an accountability
problem.
I’ve been wrangling criminals without help from these Democrats for years.
And despite Liberal politicians and the local media trying to get rid of me,
I’ve won two terms as Sheriff.
That’s how you can know I’m the man for the job.
Now I’m ready to do the hardest thing in American politics –- win statewide in
California as a Republican.
When we win here… defeating Kamala Harris for the second time...
...we become the line of defense against these failed liberal policies
spreading to the rest of the country.
And we stop Kamala Harris, or whoever the Democrats put up for Governor, from
using California as a liberal launchpad for their extremist agenda.
