Earlier this month, we announced our plan to target and support candidates in dozens of districts across 9 swing states over the next two years. If we succeed, 42.5 million Americans will have a Democratic-majority legislature.

To jumpstart our work, we’re aiming to raise $20,000 this month. Today’s the last day to reach our goal, and here’s our progress so far:

From mobilizing and training hundreds of new volunteers fired up to take action and researching new cutting-edge voter engagement strategies to supporting our next cohort of candidates, these resources make a direct impact on our work to win urgent elections in the states that matter most.

In the midst of a dangerous and chaotic Trump presidency, our efforts to grow our movement, build the resistance, and elect Democratic majorities in the states couldn’t be more important. 

But funding our year-round organizing and electoral work depends on reaching our fundraising targets each month. 90% of our operating budget comes from grassroots donations, including those from emails like this one.
