Friend,
Early this year, Donald Trump pardoned 1500 insurrectionists who attacked
the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021, including the ones that committed
violence, calling many of them "peaceful protesters.”(1)
Just two months later, he is calling the people protesting Tesla
“terrorists,” threatening them with 20-year jail sentences in El Salvador
prisons.(2)
Only a handful of people have actually vandalized Tesla dealerships or
cars, and none of them have committed violence. But Trump apparently
believes anyone standing against his agenda doesn’t deserve the First
Amendment right to free speech.

attempts to arrest and imprison nonviolent activists. Will you add your
name?

If anyone has committed violence, it’s Tesla’s CEO and Trump’s DOGE
lackey, Elon Musk.
Musk has run through the federal government with a digital machete,
cutting tens of thousands of jobs of hardworking people.(3) He has also
allowed people without security clearance to have access to our most
personal data, including social security numbers.(4)
No wonder people are angry.
On March 29, tens of thousands of protesters will take action as part of
the TakeDownTesla movement, and we cannot let Trump continue with his
narrative of calling peaceful protest domestic terrorism. Dissent is not
terrorism. Dissent is a core part of democracy.

activists?
Thank you for being in the fight!
